🛡️ LIMITED WARRANTY
ZLEDS warrants to the original purchaser that each custom LED retrofit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Failure of LED circuits or drivers
- Internal wiring issues
- Malfunction of components installed by ZLEDS
- Power delivery issues directly related to the retrofit
This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, blemishes, lens fogging, fading, etc.)
- Moisture intrusion caused by improper installation, including but not limited to:
- Failure to apply adequate tail light or trunk sealant (e.g., butyl rubber)
- Use of damaged, misaligned, or deteriorated trunk/body seals that permit water ingress
- Damage due to customer mishandling, drop impact, or incorrect installation
- Electrical damage from vehicle issues such as short circuits, voltage spikes, or power surges
- Any product that has been opened, modified, or tampered with by third parties
- Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by environmental exposure (e.g., UV degradation, road debris)
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
If a defect arises and a valid warranty claim is submitted within the one-year period, ZLEDS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.
Please note: Repair or replacement does not include costs related to removal, reinstallation, shipping, or vehicle downtime. These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty is void if the product has been disassembled, altered, or repaired by anyone other than ZLEDS without written authorization.
To file a warranty claim, contact ZLEDS with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

- Products are intended for off-road use only, unless otherwise stated.
- ZLEDS is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use, misuse, or improper installation.
- Installation instructions are not included unless explicitly stated.
- Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
📦 SHIPPING
- We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Shipping charges include handling and insurance.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the sole responsibility of international buyers.
- We do not under-declare item value or mark merchandise as “gifts.”
- ZLEDS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
- Tracking numbers will be sent via email after processing is complete.
📦⚠️Damaged Shipments:
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label to initiate a claim.
- Do not discard the original packaging or product, as it may be required for an insurance claim.
- Once verified, ZLEDS will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and, if approved, may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.
🔁 RETURN POLICY
- All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted due to the custom nature of our services.
- Order cancellations prior to processing are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Final payment is due within 72 hours of receiving an invoice.
- Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.
🧰 CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS DISCLAIMER
If you choose to ship your own lights to ZLEDS for retrofit or modification, you do so at your own risk.
While we handle every light with professional care, ZLEDS is not liable for any damage during the disassembly or retrofit process due to:
- Age-related brittleness
- Previous wear or repairs
- Weak housing structure or cracked tabs
- Manufacturer design limitations or sealant failure
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that lights are in solid, functional condition before shipping. If damage is discovered that prevents us from completing your service, we will notify you immediately to discuss possible options.
- By sending in your lights, you agree to these terms and release ZLEDS from liability related to any such damage.
⚠️ SERVICE PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All service payments are non-refundable. Please confirm your intent before proceeding.
- Standard retrofit orders are prioritized over custom R&D builds due to shorter turnaround times.
- After your initial deposit is received, you will be notified via email when your order is ready to proceed.
- You will receive instructions to complete your final payment at that time.
- If you do not respond to follow-up emails or complete final payment within 7 days, your deposit will be forfeited and your spot in the queue will be canceled.
- For orders requiring new development, design, or programming, additional charges may apply during processing.
- Rush Priority Option: Occasionally, we may accept a single rush order at a time from a client willing to pay a 200% expedited fee. These are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
